No heat the first 2 nights and was freezing in floriday, one shower head and one bath tub did not work/hot tub did not heat up and was not enough hot water for multiple showers. After 1 shower, it was gone. I realize it was unusually cold but was a struggle to enjoy when trying to stay warm. Host did send maintenance and they tried to fix but did not happen immediately.

Everything was so clean and beautiful! From the welcome basket, the pool, and the gorgeous pond view, we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay on our vacation. Our host was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions SO fast!
