Enjoyed the convenience of breakfast and the variety of food. The ac workd great and liked the soacious room. The parking lot should be fixed as it had a lot of potholes that was hard on my car. The staff was nice to tell us to turn the ice maker on but when we did it didn't work. There was a very annoying noise that kept me from sleeping. I figured out the next day that it was the noise of the pipes.

I highly recommend this place. It is very comfortable and clean and just a couple blocks from Center Point Med. Additionally, dining and shopping options are less than a mile to two miles away and are easy to access. The breakfast was expansive and the overall feeling of the hotel and rooms was welcoming and spacious.

We’ve stayed here every time we go to Kansas City. Housekeeping failed as I think they only made the bed, never changing the sheets as there was so much hair it was gross. Then the hide a bed had no sheets what so ever. The receptionist was the only one working her tail off on a Friday night trying to help us, check people in and deal with door dash drivers on top of that. She had a lot going on but still was the nicest lady to everyone.
