I only booked with this property because it had a hot tub, which was broken that night. They also had a wedding and booked a childs birthday group. Both which were obnoxious and went running around most of the night. But we couldn't even get use of the pool or breakfast because of crowds of children/drunk or hungover people. Waa not relaxing at all.

I was denied a stay that was booked online and was told it was because I was a resident of Kansas City. That’s shouldn’t have anything to do with allowing anyone to stay after the room was already paid for. Now I’m waiting on a refund that could take a week for this policy that they have. I will not have anything good to say about a Hilton hotel.

Horrible

Room wasn't very clean, beds were hard, room ended up not as advertised. Food was horrible and cold, was definitely not worth the price. Springhill suites has a way better breakfast and all the same food and usually free with a better quality not a 14 dollar up charge for a waffle. Staff for breakfast not great. One of the Elevators broke for a short time. Front desk and housekeeping staff was nice. Found a pill under the couch could be seen from the bed.

The best thing about this restaurant is the nearby Hereford House. If you stay here, don't miss it. The staff at the hotel was wonderful.
