The hotel pool & hot tub was dirty. Rooms were clean except the vents & filters in the heat/air, these were full of dust. For people that have allergies & asthma this wasn't good. We didn’t have hot water & when we thought we would it was only lukewarm. One of the elevators wasn’t working on Saturday.It was working the first night we got there but then stopped. The only other elevator was barely working. During checkout I had brought it up all she said was I will let the engineer know. No offer for inconvenience or anything. One of the housekeepers showed more remorse for the inconvenience than the front desk. He apologized for all the inconvenience that went on this weekend & hopes this doesn’t stop from coming back. One of the workers that was doing the food area on Saturday morning she was very nice even though it was open yet she went back & filled my cup with steaming hot water for my coffee (that I brought myself). The breakfast was ok. I didn’t care for the set up. I wish it had waffle maker so I could have just made a waffle along with the eggs bacon etc. we didn’t have time to sit & eat.Now back to checkin. There was only 1 person at front desk and did a great job. It was a busy place with so many trying to checkin and others trying to buy goodies in the little snack area. She was very nice & apologetic for such a long wait.Hope they do deep cleaning filters & vents. Hopefully figures out the issues. If it wasn’t for the issues I would have gave all stars.
