Stayed at this property last year and was well pleased. This visit I walked in and there are four guys( young ) behind desk. I said I have a reservation, one of the boys said “Who are you?”. I suppose the look I gave them startled them. One guy moved to a computer and another said “you need to talk to him,” and they were out of there. Proceeded with check in. Got to the room and TV was not connected, desk clerk came and he could not fix it, later he and another guy came and connected it, much to my husbands relief. Every thing else was good, pleased with the room and hotel.
