Check in staff person was great and allowed us to check in early, that was great. Breakfast staff was very friendly. There was some type of construction occurring on the floor above us, noise, drilling, squeaking sounds & hammering before 7 am. I told the checkout guy they should have let us know, he did not seem interested and while walking away said he would tell the manager. Won’t stay there again.

Looked like the property was being renovated. Our floor and room had “new” smell. Glad to see this as we stay here few times a year to visit family. We had no issues with the construction areas as they were closed off and tidy. The chef is always upbeat and shows hospitality during breakfast!!

One of the better HI's I've stayed at inthe last year... really clean and nicely designed with extra touches that make a difference even at a price point facility.... great staff and the coffee was excellent.

Found out once we got in the room that we would have no water from 9am to 4 pm for 2 days, unacceptable. Construction noise was terrible starting at 8am. Heavy highway noise from interstate in front of hotel. Shower head had heavy leak had to shut bathroom door to not hear the constant dripping. Cleaning staff was extremely courteous.

Very clean and a great location but the beds were absolutely awful . Bedding was very thin and cheap scratchy and mattress and pillows were junk. Even my 9 year old tossed and turned due to bed being uncomfortable

The property was exactly as represented. Good, solid breakfast - not just cereal and yogurt but real eggs, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, et... Could use a good coffee service in the room.
