I have stayed at multiple hotels during a corporate relocation to the area and this is one of the only that wanted to charge for ESA dogs. They cited ADA compliance even though in the ADA it references Fair Housing Act protections against these charges. Will gladly use other accommodations and filed a complaint with HUD. Corporate policies don’t supersede federal law.

there was mold in my bathroom and a hole in the ceiling o my shower. In the second room there was mold in the room in the corner. my tv remote was broken and kept falling apart, there was hair in my shower.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was weak. Only hot food was waffle maker, and many items were gone or almost gone at only 8am, like milk, fresh fruit, coffee, and waffle mix.

Do not recommend this motel

Good things to say about hotel was the Staff were courteous,and friendly. Room was cleaned daily and clean towels were replenished and dirties removed which was nice. Problems I had were many. My key did not work to unlock door to fitness room. When I did get inside room was dirty. Floor needed vacuuming. Wall was slattered with something. Dirty cups layed in sink and on treadmill. This was at breakfast time. Breakfast was waffles, cold cereal, bread, and bagels. No spoons were supplied. Juice machine had watered down juices. Sitting was dirty. Room was clean. Refrigerator had 3 inch buildup of ice. Microwave was dirty. Hair dryer did not work. No coffee was suppied in room. No seating but desk chair. There was room for a chair but only empty space.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that my stay had everything I needed. When I travel, this is always my "go to" hotel. Every single member of the staff went beyond their duties to help me and they are always so nice about anything you may need!

Each time the air conditioner was on, it emitted an odor reminiscent of rodent droppings, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, there was a significant ant infestation in the room. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous.

Dirty and disgusting

This hotel was among the worst my family has ever stayed in. The water in the entry was a nice touch but other than that the room we were in was disgusting. So many things were wrong with the bathroom. I have included photos so no one else has to be subjected to the filth. We had been traveling for over a month and this hotel was the worst. Most campgrounds are in better order.
