The refrigerator freezer was broken and we could not refresh our ice packs. For two hundred dollars a night I would expect higher quality television stations more substantial bedding and an end table on either side of the bed. It's pretty crappy that we had to pay $200. for the room because we were unable to pre-register a room.

The online checking a joke. Snarky man clerk (ither man clerk tried to make the snarky guys comments better). Room was fine. Beds were decent. Starbucks next door the best. STAIRS NO ELEVATOR so if ya need a new knee or hip...somewhere else is maybe an option

Its clean, but just old. We appreciated it, however. Only complaint was although the staff were great and obliging, it was obvious their patience ran thin with so many kids in our party. We understand, and we did our best, however, when there is a small postage stamp sized space provided for breakfast, there will be some chaos with kids. Its just how it is.

Last minute trip to see my son

Front desk staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Couldn’t ask for better help. I have limited mobility and was given room closest to lobby and help w my luggage. Among other things. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

This was an excellent hotel and staff were very friendly. I love that it is so dog friendly and I enjoyed morning and evening walks with my dogs on leash at the Veterans Memorial park behind the hotel.

The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of foods. Somehow I ended up in a handicap accessible room. It was nice anyway. My room was by the ice machine. A little bit noisy. I've stayed here before. I'll stay here again.
