The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying, with an egg and petite in selection, waffles, bagels, and yogurts etc. The breakfast area was also kept really clean. Thank you to all for the comfortable stay!

The hotel was very clean. Our room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. BUT, when we went to use the washroom, we noticed a sign posted on the mirror saying no room service will be provided. In small type, it said room service would be provided after 3 nights. We had to request toilet paper, request towels, request our garbage be cleared. We forgot to request soap and kleenex, and bought our own. We looked forward to the indoor pool, but didn't try it because there were no steps to get in. There was no business center - two computers in the main area, with luggage trolleys stacked against them, making it hard to access. I'd give it a 3/5.
