2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all, the staff was terrible. They were not friendly, helpful, or willing to assist with anything. I would rate their helpfulness at 0%. On top of that, there was an attempt to charge or scam my debit card, but fortunately, my bank stopped it. My online reservation was not acknowledged, even though they charge me for them they charge me for the stay again so I had to pay twice. The managers were never available, either in person or by phone, to help resolve my issues, even after I called multiple times after leaving the property. The rooms also had a bad odor, and the bathroom was not in good condition. The shower curtain was broken as well. To make matters worse, the morning breakfast was taken down earlier than the posted hours. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
