Complementary kayak’s, peddle boat, standup paddleboard boards, floaties. BBQ grill for cooking out. Come relax and unwind at lake therapy. Guest suite for you. In the suite is 1 queen and 1 queen hide a bed couch, full kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. There is a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, with a gentle walk to the double decker dock on lake Lanier, come enjoy our one acre property on Lake Sydney Lanier.

Half hour complicated drive to get to anything (restaurant, shopping, golf). Wi-fi constantly rebooting. Access to lake steep and to slippery for us senior citizens to attempt. Did like the jacuzzi and outdoor shower as the house was very private.
