We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures are very accurate and the house was very clean. The porch/pool area was beautiful and provided a great place to hang out and relax. The two king bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the extras like soap at the sink, a few garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, and some spices and commonly used kitchen items that were provided. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property was very private. Excellent property!

A favorite for sure

We were in town for a family baby shower. It was a lovely spot to hang out with our loved ones. We typically visit every year and this house has been my favorite so far. It's set up nicely and offers plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was comfortable and inviting. Communication with our host was EXCELLENT and extremely accomodating. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice house, very clean. Great pool/spa outdoor area. Kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we didn’t do any cooking. The house was in a secluded area and far from where we wanted to go. You definitely need a car. We went to the beach so it would have been nice if there were beach chairs, blanket, cooler, etc. In spite of all the driving we had to do, it was a fun getaway.

We have rented all over Florida and South Carolina, but have never been as disappointed in a rental. The pool had no pool furniture and after paying extra to heat the pool, the only heat came from the sunshine. Kitchen was poorly supplied, ice maker on fridge didn't work; therefore there was no filtered water. Thermostat in house was set at 77 degrees and had a locked cover. This property has great potential and is in a great location, except for 4 speed bumps. The property manager tried her best to get the pool heat working but had no luck.

This place is a super-duper, fantastic place! A hidden gem. Great size, perfect layout, safe neighborhood, a grill, nice pool, optional to have a hot tub, total backyard privacy, beautiful inside and out, games to play, big TV’s, friendly hostess, super price, washer/dryer. Good size for a group of 10 or so. Everything worked, was modern, comfortable and accommodating. Oddly, I did receive an email saying “enjoy the house all week” from evolve or Vrbo so we thought we were in no rush to check out on out check out day until she called us. I was afraid I booked it all week instead of 3 days so I texted her earlier asking how many nights we were paying for as it seemed too good to be true. Some confusion there. We were heading to Orlando today and half our group left yesterday, so no worries there but I felt bad not meeting the check out time thinking we had all day. Overall A+++++++ Thanks!
