Great hotel right in the middle of downtown. Our room was great, newly renovated. I was a little worried about noise being so close to the elevator but I could barely hear anything from the room and the bed was so comfortable. One of the best night’s sleep in a hotel I ever had!

The entrance & lobby smelled like it had years of cigarettes. The blankets on the beds were essentially sheets, so my first night I was unable to sleep because I needed something with some weight to it. Thankfully I asked & got one the 2nd night.

I originally made a 3 night reservation from Friday to Monday morning. A week before my trip I discovered I had to return for business reasons on Sunday. I called Expedia to request a change to my reservation and I was told by the associate that he would attempt to contact the hotel manager to have this approved. I received an emails few days later informing me that the hotel manager could not be reached. When I was at the hotel I spoke to the hotel manager and was told there was never a request regarding my reservation change request. I think I will use Kayak or Hotels.com or some other travel service in the future instead of Expedia. Poor service and follow-thru on your part. Francis Schissler

Our stay was just ok. It was disappointing that upon arrival the parking garage for the hotel was full - so we were sent down an alley to a public garage that was also near capacity, sending us to the tip top floor to park & then schlep back w/ all our bags. I also wish we had known the pool was not open. The good was the room did feel clean and was comfortable. If ever back in the area, I think I'd explore other options before returning.

My daughter was a scheduled to have her baby on 4/11. We were unable to use the room since the baby was born early and was in icu. We requested a refund(2 days prior to check in) Expedia said that the hotel denied the refund. Considering you are on the hospital website as a participating hotel, I was shocked. I would have thought Hotel Warner to be flexible and more understanding of people in vulnerable situations. I hope they enjoyed my money. Disgraceful taking advantage of people during tough times.
