Property is so close to Holiday Valley. Beds were comfy. Upstairs bedrooms don't really have privacy but that was not really an issue for our group. Check in was super easy. Would stay here again.

We had two families stay comfortably and could have had more people. Master suite was very large and having a full basement was perfect for teens.
