The elevator was not in operation. Our room had ripped curtains and two lights that did not work. Other than that it was a great location and friendly staff.

Nice hot tub but the motor quit after 5 minutes. I went in again the next morning but the jets wouldn't work. Called the front desk and they got it fixed. Great beakfast.

I do not recommend this place. I was not able to use the the doors to enter the building besides the main enterance. My room was near the elevator at the opposite end of the building. Major inconvenience as a disabled person.

Doors were broken to enter the building. Ice machine was broken. The sidewalks were disgusting garbage cans in the parking lot were overflowing and never attended to. Our bathroom sink was backed up.

Bed was comfy. Place was clean. Beef Pool and hot tub were clean but hot tub was like 93 degrees. Should be 102 or higher. Shower head was wonky but ok. Sink would not drain because the plug would not pull up. Shower fan was noisy. Room 220. Called about these things. Staff was neutral about it. No apologies. No thanks. Just stated that they would let the maintenance team know in the morning, which was the point.

The breakfast was really good. It had cinnamon roll, waffles or regular and an assortment of breads and pastries, as well as oatmeal and cereals, as well as eggs, sausage and some tortillas
