NICHELLE at the front desk is unbelievably great at what she does. She checked me in quickly, she got me everything I needed dash ironing board and iron immediately – the place was immaculate. I’ve stayed at other so-called nice hotels that were not as clean as this stay. I credit NICHELLE and her team for that standard of excellence. She was courteous, kind, and professional. They should run some bleach through the dishwasher, as there is visible mold on the racks. The rest of the room was clean. The biggest issue is how loud the guests are. I stayed here for three nights: the people above me moved furniture, let kids run around and scream, and regularly dropped heavy items on the floor every night beginning at 10:00 PM and lasting throughout the night. I awoke at 2AM on my last night to such a ruckus. I called two nights in a row to no avail. I have never dealt with that level of a disturbance. They encourage you to use a QR code to tip, and I did so. The code charges you 79¢ on top of your tip without a warning of said fee on the QR cards left around the room. That was the last straw. Talk about being nickled and dimed.
