"THE STAFF AT THE FACILITY WAS EXCELLENT , RESPECTFUL, ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANYTHING NEEDED, THEIR CHARACTER WAS EXCELLENT, SHOUT OUT TO " RAFINA AT THE BAR ALWAYS MAKING MY DRINKS AND CAPPUCCINO COFFEE WITH A SMILE, TEDDY-BEAR AT THE BEACH SITE FOR HIS PLEASANT CONVERSATIONS, 'KENNEDY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR ALWAYS MAKING SURE THAT THE HOTEL WAS SAFE, EMMANUEL AND JUAN FROM THE CHAIN MEMBERSHIP AREA FOR THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT SERVICE.
