This resort is very outdated. Decor and furniture are stuck in the 60’s. Even though, I saw the entertainment crew tried so hard to keep people interest by doing games. The dining area was very small. However, It did not have many options of food, air conditioner weren’t working and bathrooms were rusted with old bathtubs. The hotel main focus was on people the had the hotel’s membership. I was there for few hours and I didn’t feel a vacation vibe instead I felt stressed by the high price I paid vise the quality of the hotel it was. I would not recommends this resort to anyone.

They put us in a room with an air conditioner that was not working but I refused to wait there until it got fixed...sooo we waited 3 hours to get a room. The rest of the stay was great!! Good food and service. I recommend this place for its tranquility as well. It was very relaxing!! The beach was fenomenal!!

El hotel tiene un acceso a la playa privilegiado. Las cabañas ya necesitan ser actualizadas aunque están en buen estado. El baño esta impecable y las muchachas de la limpieza hacen tremendo trabajo. Algo llamativo es que el hotel no usan sorbetos y la piña colada no se puede beber a menos que esperes a que se derrita. Lo otro raro es que no tienen botellitas de agua fría para uno llevarse a la habitación (hay vasos de papel que se ponen monguitos al rato). En términos generales, por el precio vale la pena, no es lujoso, pero la vas a pasar bien.

Hotel facilities in the exterior is very nice. However, the rooms are very old. Specially the bathroom. The bathtub was very old and there was no pressure to take a shower. Nonetheless, the two pools are very nice and the beach is absolutely beautiful.
