The property itself was not bad. But upon arrival the desk clerk, who was clearly deficient in English told me my reservation was for O'Fallon, MO, 45 miles away, rather than O'Fallon, IL. My wife and I drove to the Missouri location and were told it was for the Illinois location. The desk clerk in Missouri called Illinois and straightened it our. By now it's 10PM and we are exhausted. We get back to Illinois after an extra 2 hours of driving through St Louis and got our room, but no apology. The next day we received the same kind of sour treatment. The breakfast was poorly stocked and I had to go search for milk for my cereal. I never saw anyone clean up the mess others left behind. The window in the fitness room was shattered. The pool was empty. I would never stay here again.

Horrible horrible disgusting room. Probably several health violations. Alcohol and drug consumption in parking lot by various groups of men. Doors all propped open and area residents were allowed through to use the pool. We immediately left and found another hotel

I drove 16 hours booked a room prior to my arrival and I walked into a room w dirty sheets stained doors/walls broken shower head the shower curtain rod was taped up there were no clean bath towels stained chairs they changed the room but the next rooms shower head was also broken it was like showering in a sprinkler and it was a connected room that was separated by a tiny little cheap lock that’s easily breakable not to mention the room lock was broken and had to use a chain bolt put on the top of door when I spoke to front desk he didn’t care and wanted to charge me more bc the room I was moved to had a stove an old electric dirty stove the room microwave and fridge didn’t even work

Bedbugs in Room 146!

Hotel is in terrible condition. Fridge door wouldn't shut so couldn't use, room floors are plastic and very slippery, bathroom had used barsoap & towels when we first arrived, and roomkeys don't unlock external hotel doors at night so they just prop them open with rocks (and the neighborhood does not seem safe). Oh and they have BEDBUGS! Front desk offered us another room when we told them--seriously?! It was a struggle to get our refund weeks later.

They advertise as pet friendly but when making reservation did not mention a pet fee until I checked in. The person who checked me in then wanted cash for the pet fee. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but was given 2 double beds. The hall smelled of pot and the hall and stair wells were very dirty floors, stained carpets.

The room was nice and clean and the sheets were clean. Had a nice looking pool. Main thing there was an overall 'odor'. Hallways had trash sitting outside the rooms for pick up, could have been timing of when we were there and trash was out. Breakfast better than expected. At $135 it was about $100 less than other hotels in the area. For the savings it met our needs.

Filthy room

My room was disgustingly fithy. The front lobby was clean and nice and so was the pool,the one redeeming aspect of the trip. But the room was filthy, one of the dirtiest I've had the misfortune of staying in, and I will not stay again.
