The front desk clerk was not friendly. Not rude but just dry. The lobby was nice and smelled good but that’s where the cleanliness stopped. The carpets in the halls were disgustingly dirty. Black in some spots. Literal trash and trash bags lined the halls. I assumed they would get them by the end of the day but no. They were there the whole time . The halls reeked of marijuana. The room was not much better. There were several stains and spots on the walls and door frames. The door to the room was filthy. The area where the toilet is smelled like urine. I always bring cleaner so I had to clean the bathroom before even using it. The tub was not very clean and the mirror in the room had smears and what I assume food splattered on it. The floor didn’t look like it had been swept. My dog kept finding things on it including a piece of glass. The sheets didn’t look too bad but the blankets could use a good washing. Shower curtain was filthy.
The room next to us had people in it who were clearly smoking weed in the middle of the night. It woke me out of my sleep. I wanted to call the front desk but the phone was in the drawer, filthy, and not hooked up.
This is by far the worst stay we have ever had. I only picked this hotel based on the ratings and clearly this hotel must be paying others to give them good ratings. I will never stay here again.
