My husband and I used to truly enjoy this property; however, since the change in management, the overall experience has noticeably declined. I want to emphasize that the staff has consistently been friendly and professional, which is the only reason I hesitated to leave this review.
Unfortunately, the issues since new management took over have been hard to ignore: the televisions no longer work, there is now a $10 parking fee, and the WiFi is extremely slow. During our most recent stay (September 12–14), we encountered broken fixtures in the shower, and the final straw was finding a roach in the bathroom.
This is disappointing given how much we used to love coming here. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the staff truly deserves better support.
