Check-in took three attempts at a room. The first had guests already in it. The second was not what we booked or were being charged for. They tried to offer half-price parking, which I was already receiving, and why I booked there. Finally, they “found” a room for us although I had reserved weeks in advance.

The parking is not free like the advertisement states. You have to valet. The shower covered in someone else’s hair. The water pressure was terrible and the water was either freezing cold or scalding hot that was it no in between.

This hotel is in an ideal location, and it's very clean! The staff that we met were all very friendly and helpful. The only problem was in our room; the windows had some kind of problem with the seal so that the wind made a very eerie howling noise. I ended up turning on some "white noise" on my phone, which helped quite a bit, but I think it would be a problem for some people. I guess it is the Windy City for a reason, but I have never had this happen before!
