This property was exactly as advertised...the check in process was seamless and the owners were very quick to respond. Upon entry it was immediately evident that every detail was thought out to furnish the unit and maximize the space. It was extremely clean and had everything needed for the stay there. The location was perfect (at least for my stay). It was within Wicker Park and was within walking distance to both Logan Square and Bucktown. I will definitely look this property up again when I'm back in the area

Perfect stay!

Easy check-in, great host communication, excellent location! We stayed Sun-Thurs for a concert at United Center, about 7 mins to drive in late afternoon weekday traffic. Street parking on location was safe and always available at any time. Unit is wonderfully open, comfortable and has many thoughtful amenities perfect for any length of stay. Would gladly stay again!

Great little place for a couple. AC was pumpin! Shower pressure is amazing! Great closet with hangers and some dry shampoo in the bathroom. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay

The space was exactly what we needed for our accommodations. Love the area and felt like home. The attention to detail in the space really makes a difference and Charles/Erin were easy to communicate with. Accommodated us well and thought the layout was super interesting. Good for a couple or small family.

Relaxing weekend

We stayed over Easter and appreciated the location, cleanliness, and use of the sauna in the unit. The communication with the owners was great. The unit was well appointed. The bed was comfy. The sofa, while newer, was not comfortable but the owners report that it is scheduled to be replaced soon. Overall a positive experience.

Wonderful Property

My wife & I have stayed in this studio unit several times. It is clean, quiet, comfortable & close to many restaurants on Division St. The hosts are very accessible & provide an easy check in & out process. On street parking is ample & safe. This is the best place we have stayed in the Chicago area & will continue to use whenever we visit.

So cute and cozy!

I loved the private feel even though it’s a basement unit. The bed is really comfortable, and the shower has a nice deep jetted tub. Would highly recommend!

Midwinter Visit

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit is as described, very clean, nice modern decor and with many items to enhance your stay. Being a basement unit it was a bit cold, and the heat is controlled from the main house. But the hosts were quick to respond to messages and a request for the heat to be bumped up for comfort. There was also a space heater provided which we took advantage of. The bed was very comfortable, but note low to the floor if you have any joint/mobility challenges. The steps down to the unit are also steep.We utilized ride-sharing so didn't have to deal with parking. It was located centrally to our planned activities.Communication was great, and we appreciated that they accommodated a later check out.

Great spot for weekend and week-long visits.

A good small apartment in a great area of town. Would have loved to have the heater thermostat control downstairs, to control the temperature as we came int the apartment. As it turns out, the weekend we stayed was frigid cold and we needed the apartment to be warmer throughout. Everything else was perfect.

Wicker Park

A very nice and conveniently located property. Used the blue line Damen and western stations to get around the city. Sauna was a huge plus after hockey game at Wrigley field.
