The staff has no customer service skill. There are no literature giving you any information about the services that are offered on the property. I REGRET spending my money to stay in a place that has deplorable conditions. The breakfast is not good. Other people were complaining about their service. I was taking a shower and as I look up there was a spider crawling down the wall. I was talking to other guests, and one of them mentioned that they saw a spider in their room also. Also, there is a very STRONG odor of gas at the back entrance of the property. The toilet in my room was running all night and the iron board in my room is broken. I didn’t get what I paid for. I will NEVER use this facility again/recommend it to anyone.

The pool was warm and the facility was very clean. The hotel was in a very nice area and it was quite. There were some minor broken items in the room. They had coffee in the reception area but it was cold. Staff were professional, nice, and helpful.

We found an old slipper from a previous guest along with lots of dust and dirt under the beds, which tells me it was not cleaned. Housekeeping never made it to our room in the three days we were there, so we had to call down to get clean towels and set our full trash outside our room to be picked up. One day they emptied the trash and didn’t put any new bags in the cans. Only about half the channels worked on the TV (DirectTV). We had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, and two paper cups with lids that did not fit the cups. Breakfast was $18.95 per person and was not good. I’ve had free hotel breakfast better than this place. Eggs were definitely powdered eggs, sausage was undercooked, oatmeal was horribly mushy. Server never cleared our plates until we left. We will not be back.
