Polar Express

This rental was perfect for a large family or group of couples. We stayed the weekend for polar express. We did not have a great experience with polar express. But the home was great. Very clean and comfy.

The place was nice. Their message says they’re new to renting. Out suggestions: 1. Keep yard mowed, especially when families with kids are renting. It’s a great play area. 2. Need better beds/mattresses. 3. A paint job in rooms and roof of patio would present better. 4. Wasp nest on patio rail, so spray where marked. We had a good time!

Short Stay

Both units could've been cleaner. The unit that is nearest to the garage had a prblem with kitchen lights staying on. We had to tape the switch, which is what I think others have had to do. Switch was already sticky. There were people who kept coming in and out of the garage on Christmas. We did not feel like we had the place to ourselves.

We was here for a ride on the polar express. The home was exactly as described and very roomy. Either apartment was perfect. This house was plenty of room for our group of 9. I would stay here again if we are back in the area. Very closely located to the train.

Perfect location and always helpful!

This is our 3rd year staying here. The rooms are perfect for our needs. We travel with our grown kids and their families and there is plenty of room for everyone. We rent both sides of the house. The owner is always helpful and quick to respond.

New Years get away

Great property, especially if you want a little separation from family. It is 2 full, separate apartments that share a front porch. It was a long drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge though.

The house was very clean. The location was ideal for dining, shops, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and left clear notes for check-in and check-out.

Wonderful location

My family and I were there to ride the polar Express and the location to downtown Bryson city was wonderful! Very clean property. Wish we had more time to stay and explore more of the area. We did have an issue with the fire alarms going off really late one night so I called Josh about possible batteries needing to be replaced and the next morning he sent someone over the replace the batteries. Great communication! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

You have to be careful because it snows really badly here but it was beautiful. Great houses, perfect space. I wished the connecting doors were optional but the separation was great for the separation of ages.

Very nice place with a great front porch for family gathering

Communication was excellent, accommodations were great for multiple couples to stay and gather on the front porch for great conversations!!!! Recommend this place if you are trailering motorcycles, amble room for parking tow vehicles and trailers
