The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Close to Blumenthal Arts Center, Visulite Theater, the Filimore, PNC Music Pavil and Amos'.bojangles arena.

We take great pride in making sure guest have an excellent stay. Bleach and cleaning supplies are left in every bathroom room in addition to top cleaning. Sheets and blankets are tossed and replenished regularly.

Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30.

Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking.

Great house for our large family

We had a great stay in this home and had plenty of beds for our large family. The house was clean and just as expected from the photos and description. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. We loved the location as it was close to what we needed to do this weekend, but also loved that we could walk to many great places to eat. It was helpful to have a grocery store so close by as well. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, great location!

The house is beautiful and the owners’ attention is very evident through all of the updates and amenities. The host was wonderful with communication and available to answer questions or give recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything you would need just a short walk. Unfortunately, we were there to work. We would have loved to have more time to enjoy the house and the back yard. The house clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The location was great, close to everything.

Best Time Ever

It was the perfect home for a 8 girls weekend. The house is spacious. We each had our own bed plus more beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside deck Was perfect for an afternoon of snacks and laughter. It was an easy walk to restaurants and coffee. Can’t wait to come back.

College Football Weekend

We had four grow up couples ( friends and family) attending the Duke Mayo Classic football game. We also had a handful of university students ( our kids) stay. This was a great location to relax and visit with friends. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

We were a group of eight adults and loved the house and its location. Short walk to bars and stores, or take a long walk around the beautiful neighborhood. All of us felt safe in the entire area. The owner is very responsive. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!

THE BROS WEEKEND BUNKER

stay was very good! House was very clean and close to local bars and restaurants via walking or quick cab ride into downtown Charlotte. Space is great for large groups that want to spread out and have fun. Would stay again!

Great location to restaurants and town

A group of 7 women in for a conference. We enjoyed the house and having enough space for everyone to have a bed and space to hang out together. The house could use better towels, shampoo and conditioner as well as wine glasses however. An easy fix to make it more comfortable

Great house close to a lot of stuff

We had a great time at this house. It was an older home that the owner has done a great job renovating and updating. That house was well maintained and clean. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars in Plaza Midwood. Would highly recommend and will look to come back. Thanks!

Very accommodating for wedding events

My now wife and I needed a house for some pre-wedding events and our stay in Commonwealth delivered all that we needed. There was plenty of space for guests to hang out and eat meals and the outside was perfect for our two dogs to run around. Michael was very helpful and communicative when there were some minor issues. He assisted us even when he was on vacation! Definitely would recommend this house for anyone wanting a spacious and comfortable house close to the heart of Charlotte.
