Room was exactly what I expected, definitely money well spent
Tucked off the main road, this hotel is quiet, clean and roomy. It is close to shopping and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher. It also had a sitting area with a sectional. Continental breakfast was great!
Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 485 too
My elderly mother & I were visiting first granddaughter/great-granddaughter. Brother from Atlanta & his family also came for visit. Very friendly & helpful staff. Perfect for families. Was able to cook in a couple of nights with no difficulties.
I have traveled a lot and stayed at many hotels. However, our stay here was superior because of the excellent staff and customer service both before and while there. They seemed to anticipate any questions and were eager to please. My grand daughter traveled with us and she slept in the pull out sofa bed and was comfortable. The meals served were very good. The pool was very enjoyable. We loved the location which was very close to a mall, grocery store, many restaurants and easy access to the freeway. I highly recommend this hotel to others and will select it the next time I'm in Charlotte.

A nice Residence Inn, very near a shopping center with lots of restaurants. The manager was very accommodating in moving our room when our original room, facing the highway, seemed too noisy. We had a studio; it was a huge room with a full kitchen, including full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. As we were visiting family, we were not in the hotel very much, but the bed was very comfortable.
