I asked for a room cleanup by personally calling front desk. Came back at night and the room had not been touched. I called again and all they could say is "oh, I am sorry". For the price they are charging per night, this is unacceptable. Also, the limited food they had available was not good quality or well done. Should be rated as a "3" at most

6/10 Okay

My coffee maker in my room didn't work, and I stayed for 2 nights, I reported it to front desk and it never got replaced during my stay. They did give me free drip coffee but I had to go down to the front each time in the morning when I wanted it. Same with ice, the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work well and the ice was dirty that came out. I had to get ice from the bar. Inconvenient on both instances.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, and everything was enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to improve the parking, as it wasn't very convenient. There were two fire department trucks parked in the area, which made parking more difficult. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!

AC was inconsistent & didn’t cycle on like it should. Also room temp read as 72 when we arrived, it was much warmer than 72 in the room. Had to lower thermostat to 68 to get any cooling. I reserved a king bed, we got a room with 2 queens. Room had odd smell when we arrived, kinda of musty smell. Great location to restaurants.
