Advertised as extended stay, but no kitchen supplies—no silverware, plates, cups, pots or pans. No luggage cart, no ice, no coffee, and nobody at the desk most of the time. Worst of all the fire alarm went off 4 times starting at 4:30 am, had to stand outside til the fire department cleared the building. All false alarms.
Room had a foul odor and I had to kill a few roaches on my way out.
Location, easy access. But when I got to the hotel they told me there was reservation. So i had to pay again, I hope Orbitz refunds the two nights that I was charged for.

Although we treat regularly, to uphold our company's high standards, we have contacted our pest control provider to address the issue as quickly as possible.
