Loud neighbors at 3 am, called down to the front desk 3 times and no one answered.

I chose this hotel because of the price and vicinity to where we were going. The hotel lobby was dark, warm, and stuffy. Hotel room was adequate at best. TV didn't work and 4 trips downstairs to get help (because when I called, they answered and put me on hold and never came back) didn't fix it either. It took the woman working the front desk (by herself) to come to the room to fix it. Double beds? I didn't know that hotels still had those. The shower had no pressure or hot water. There was hot water in the sink but not the shower.

there were fights right outside my door, and blood everywhere even on my room door, hookers in the hallways. my room was not clean, the lamp shades were burnt, the toilets nasty. not a pleasant experience. never going back

Breakfast left something to be desired. Hot buffet breakfast in amenities on website should be more than a hot pocket or a waffle. Stayed in another property in Roanoke Rapids & it was outstanding in every way. Server at breakfast kept following my wife, cleaning up after her, making her uncomfortable. Night clerk was excellent & facility was very nice.

The hotel was clean, smelled good (which is important) even our room smelled nice and it was clean. So we felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk Joanne was very nice and handled herself well to address our concerns. She didn't get upset but simply addressed the problem. The only thing is the location of this hotel, it sits in the back of a small lot with a lot of truckers which makes it look creepy, even though it's not. It's pretty good for the price. We didn't stay for breakfast because we like bacon and eggs which they didn't have so decided to go elsewhere. Thank you for a nice and decent stay

Was there 5 days attending training. As a place to stay it was good and comfortable, TV was time Warner cable on a flat screen basic cable station and a HBO and a show time channels (521 or so) list in back of book on desk. Wifi got there on Sunday afternoon was able to conect and streamed a video after Sunday lucky to pull up a page at all. System totally inappropriate for a hotel

The hotel was okay but it had some mosquitoes, I could not sleep till real late night from bites.

We rented this hotel because it was convenient to I-77 and also only 6 miles from BOA staff was friendly and the room was nice I would probably stay again we did not have time to use the pool but note to others the pool is small and when I say small just imagine two beds of a truck put together and the water was suppose to be heated but felt rather cool that would be my only complaint if I had one. The breakfast was good they had the waffle maker fruit cereal etc. very clean atmosphere. Hope this helps for others.

This hotel is in an awesome location. It was located near many locations and restaurants. The indoor swimming room is private and the staff were very helpful. Not to mention the beds were amazingly comfortable. The only improvement would be a spa, but over all our stay was very relaxing!

My friends and I booked this hotel last minute for CIAA weekend 2015. The room was a nice size, not too small.. The staff was really helpful. The hot breakfast is not really hot though. They served bagels and juice and cereal. But overall it was a good hotel with a convenient location. 10 mins from Northlake mall and 15 mins from Concord Mills mall.

Did the trick. Convenient to my needs. Shower pod was neat. Room was clean. I would stay here again.

If your looking for great quality. This is the place to be! Staff was excellent amenities awesome and its cozy, a home away from home.

This hotel was convenient to where I needed to be. The room was clean enough, smelled nice enough, and had everything I needed. It wouldn't pass a white glove inspection, but it didn't disgust me either. The pod shower in our room was just too cool. The guy at the front desk was kind of rude and unpleasant but may have been having a bad day.

Average Hotel. Acceptable stay, nothing fancy, just right for a quick stay.

Great! Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Front Desk clerks very helpful. Maids friendly & respectful. Room clean & nice. Had free Wi-Fi very important to my daughter who was on her Iphone constantly about concert updates from her friends. Quiet place to stay close to several gas stations & places to eat!!! Would definitely stay here again. Close to where we needed to go also!!!

Looking forward to staying again. Had a really good experience

Hotel is a clean quiet stay. Close to the highway and not far from downtown. Places to eat woth I'm walking distance.

Hotel was a great value! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to highway and about fifteen minutes from downtown. Internet worked fine. Breakfast typical for "continental". Most important to me was cleanliness! Booked again for next week.

I was unhappy with my accommodation. The room smelled moldy and it may me uncomfortable sleeping on the sheets provided. I will not use this hotel agsin.
