80 yr old woman with dementia ended up at the front desk from a Wal-Mart parking lot disheveled. Men sitting on the grass across the entry all times of the day. It was tacky. If they were waiting to work, let them wait inside.
Difficulty checking in. Room looked very run down. Bathrrom looked dirty with broken towel rack.
I book my room at least 10 hours early because I was driving for 17 hours I arrive at 12am and the person on the front seat told me they don have any more room! After they already changed my card. Must of the time I’m in town i stay in these hotel but never again. They should start letting ppl know if they don’t have room not the them come in tired and expect they are gonna take it like it’s ok.
A really good place to stay really clean and quiet.
I really loved this property even though I was only staying one night. I loved the room layout, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the faux wood flooring was nice for a change. The only thing is that it took me about 10 minutes to find this place when I was only a few minutes away. It sits way back from the main road. So, keep this in mind as you are looking for it and you have never been there before.
Everything in special the bed, bathroom , corridors , smell , people having a party and talking really load most of the night.
I booked and payed for the room, I arrived around mid night. I was told that I booked one bed room and what they have is 2 bed room. Either I have to pay more or be relocated to other hotel past mid night. It is not a good business to let gust move around and wait before check in for over an hour past mid night and ask them to pay more that what was agreed during online booking.
Extremely professional staff with superior customer service attentiveness. The only negative was the amount of loud noise after midnight the first night. I’m not sure if anything could have been done to deter this from staff. I felt like it was probably a fluke of some kind. The other night was much better.
The towel were dirty with brown stains and hair left in them. No toothpaste or lotion in the room
There was never anyone at the service desk. The dryers were awful in the laundry room. We had to stay on the third floor and the elevator was out the entire stay.
Property recently renovated. Full length mirror is needed.
