Spectacular apartment with luxury finishes located in the residential Puerta del Mar, fully equipped for 5pax. It consists of an equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine/dryer, 1 full bathroom with jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms the main one with a King size bed, dressing room and bathroom, the other room has a bunk bed with 1 single + double bed and closet, the living room is very spacious and has 2 sofas, dining room and terrace with spectacular sea views.

You can also enjoy its common areas that it offers its guests with 260 linear meters of beach, 1 hectare of green areas in front of the buildings with games for children, grills, an impressive pool of more than 1,100 square meters with 2 Palapas to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Caribbean Sea, it also has a Kids Club, Family Room and terrace for Yoga and Massages.

Its excellent location from the Airport: 12 km (30 minutes). Hotel area: 5 km (20 minutes) Next to the condominiums is Puerto Juárez where in the early morning you can get FRESH FISH right after being captured by the sailors. 2 minutes from the Condominium you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres where you can dive, swim with dolphins and spend a wonderful day. And just 10 minutes from the hotel area where you will find shopping centers, restaurants, bars and a lot of leisure.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool and a washing machine.
