Terrible customer service unbelievable, after my daugter seen by doctor ambulance took her to hospital i was hostage at doctors until i paid doctors fee i told them to charge our room but they said doctor wouldn't accept it. They brought someone from customer service to translate what a awful humiliating doctor who know if he was a doctor or no but not an ethical one awful awful

This is one of the best locations to ever go to.This hotel was the best all inclusive resort.I've ever seen in the world. Perfect for our twenty year anniversary.Even though we didn't bring kids, it's very family friendly.

Excellent Stay and I Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. My room was spotless, spacious, and well equipped with everything I needed.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from our room was beautiful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We love this resort .. from the cleanliness of the room to the friendly & attentive services. The foods were good. We didn’t have any trouble making dinner reservations. This is our 3rd time to this resort. Checking was a bit of a hassle due to room paid & requested was not available until we had to tell them of our reservation request & the room we paid.
