Built in 2018 by our family, our open concept house with 5 bedrooms (6) beds 3 bathrooms cathedral ceilings fire place hot tub 32 ft deck overlooking the pond with trails to walk is the perfect getaway
Near the St. Lawrence River and the Adirondacks its the perfect place to relax
Fishing, hiking, skiing is all within reach of our home

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house and property was just as described, and it was pefect for our 2 families to stay for a week. Plenty of room, very clean, and so much to do there around the property. It was also an easy drive to plenty of hiking etc. Thank you for all your hospitality!

Beautiful home and property

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem! We were in town for our dad’s funeral and celebration of life. The home was spacious and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. We were all able to enjoy time together as well as have separate space. The amenities provided were wonderful even though we weren’t able to use them all due to the funeral services. (The ping pong table though was a big hit!) It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and they were very responsive! We are looking forward to a return visit when we can enjoy everything this property offers!

60th Birthday Girls Weekend

We booked this amazing property for a 60th birthday & Girls trip to get away from the men & boys in our lives! It was perfect!!! There is so much room. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We could all comfortably sit in the living room, sit at the table & with only moving one chair around the fire pit on the porch. Any question or concern we had was promptly addressed by Shane. We throughly enjoyed our trip and had already started planning our return with some of the families next year!!! Thank you so much for having the perfect house & location as well as sharing it with the world.

Amazing Serenity

The pictures looked amazing, but still didn't do the house any justice! Absolutely beautiful with everything you need. The front porch was the perfect place to sip on coffee and soak in the nature. Not too far from civilization, but far enough to unplug and relax. Hope to go back!

Two different opinions in the same family

I loved the home. So peaceful. I would get up in the morning, get a cup of coffee and sit on the front porch listening to the birds. One evening I sat with my brother talking next to the fire pit table. I would have loved to use the fire pit on the side of the house but my father couldn’t get down there. For me it was exactly what I wanted. However the first thing my SIL noticed was no TV and no radio. I suggested she use her phone. She is in her late 70s and didn’t bring it with her since she was with her husband. My brother said she had never lived in a place so quiet. When I travel I rarely look at TV so I didn’t notice it lacking in the pictures. My sister said she didn’t notice either. The kitchen was large and the large dining table was perfect for dinner and playing games. The lighting in the house was wonderful too. The one negative thing we all agreed on was the stairs going down to the basement needs a railing on the top half, it would be nice to have it to hold on to while carrying a suitcase downstairs. A young family probably wouldn’t notice but at 58 I was the youngest at our mini family reunion. For anyone wanting a quiet retreat this is a wonderful choice.

Family Graduation Weekend

The house is large and very clean, with well appointed decor and a fully stocked large kitchen and seating for the whole family. The rooms are spacious. The rainy weather didn't allow for much outdoor fun, although the fire pit, hot tub and deck were inviting. The large covered front porch and gas fire pit were comfortable for morning coffee and evening relaxation. It's about 30 minutes from Potsdam, where we attended a graduation at Clarkson. Local brewery, diners and pretzel makers were good. Wifi was easy to access. No TV on property offered an even more relaxing experience. Comfortable family-friendly venue!

Typically we visit in the winter with lots of snow so it was a fun experience to get outside and enjoy the property with the zipline and playground for my 3 littles ones and my sister's 2 little ones. This house is a go to when my family and my sister's family are in need of a place while we visit our hometown. Lots of room and great for entertaining.

We loved our stay at this property!! The house is beautiful, spacious and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pond. Perfect place for a retreat! Only thing that I will say is that it takes 30+ minutes to get to the nearby attractions.

Great property

We had a great weekend at this property. The house was large enough to accommodate our big group. The kitchen was great to cook our ‘family meals’ and the front porch was our favorite place to eat and drink coffee. The fire pit was nice and we spent lots of time swimming and floating in the pond.

Fantastic place for large family gathering

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do. The kids enjoyed using the paddle boat in thr clean pond and playing on the zip line. The house had everything we needed for cooking and all guests were comfortable. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean and spacious. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there since we had commencement activities all weekend, but my kids loved the ping pong table. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It is notable there is not TV or even a screen available for streaming. As I said, we had a busy weekend so we didn’t miss it but other renters may. My only suggestion is to have a real coffee pot in addition to the Kuerig. We are coffee drinkers and hate using so many little cups:(

Great house for a family getaway

It was the perfect house for my family. We spent NYE weekend there. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The fireplace was perfect, the outdoor grounds are beautiful. Kitchen had everything needed and bedrooms were great size!
