Staff is very friendly, the hotel is extremely cute, my hotel bathroom wasn’t clean (hair on floor, q-tips in the trashcan). They came back and cleaned it - I just felt it need a really good cleaning. Behind door in bathroom & etc. Toilet would stick when flushed once. They said they fixed the issue but it still kept happening. The restaurants were in walking distance, but nothing stays open past 9:30 - like I said, the hotel is very cute, we may have just had a bad room.

Very clean, very new property in walking distance of restaurants, Pier Village, etc. Staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Clean and welcoming environment

The environment was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.
