The jacuzzi and pool were wonderful and the fact that it's open all night 24 hour access is such a plus. It's the only pool and jacuzzi that is open 24 hours at a hotel in Billings, Lockwood or Laurel

The location and staff were friendly. Our window seal was broken and ypu could hear everything from outside very clearly. The pool was closed which was why we booked this hotel. An email or phone call warning would have been appreciated. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Front desk, not so helpful.
