This was a great hotel that was located 0.9 miles from downtown Banff—very walkable location to restaurants and shops. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The new restaurant in the lobby was also excellent!

Perfect location in downtown Banff—close to shops and restaurants. Loved the indoor parking, free bus passes, and the bus stop is just right outside the hotel. Getting around town super easy. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again!

This property is beautiful but unpretentious. The renovations are high quality. The hot pools are great with outdoor fire pits and comfortable seating. The gym had just enough machines to get a workout in while on vacation. The rooms are clean and beautiful but quite small. We upgraded our room but it was still a little small. Quiet with a good view. We weren’t in the room much but it would have been nice to have a little more room. The floating cabinets were good quality and the bathroom was really nice. The door does not have a lock on it. If you are travelling with kiddos, it could be problematic. Good Folk and Sudden Sally have an amazing food selection. The staff are all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Room is a little too cramped. Bathroom had too little room to place toiletries. Worst part is the faucet is way too close to the edge of the sink so my hands keep hitting into it. Everything is satisfactory.
