This place was fine. If youre just looking for a decent bed to stay in while you focus on your other activities, this place will do. Decent room, firm but tolerable king bed, nice bathroom, it did the job. Was not super pleased that parking was not included (15 bucks a day), and the pillows were so hard! We didnt mind the pool being closed (which WAS disclosed upon booking). Honestly, a no thrills kind of place that provided a place to stay. It did its job.

Although the room and beds were great, the pool and hot tub were outdated, the shower was not clean in the swim area, it’s smelled of stale water and was musty. There were no changing areas. The lobby was ok but not very inviting. In addition parking was additional. Staff was nice especially Adrian on check in.

Comfortable clean room, if a little tired. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Fluffy spa robes. Spa is great but again needs a little updating. This was our 3rd time staying here. Room updates are already happening, so will be happy to stay again in the future.

We had the 2 story loft and were very disappointed. Were there for 1 week and left 1 day early. Small space. Not a comfortable environment. The bare minimum supplied. Staircase to loft was tight and winding and difficult to navigate - washroom is on different floor than bedroom. Pros: Comfy bed, quiet, helpful staff, clean hot tub Cons: Very tired, mini fridge could not be smaller, towels were rough and very small, no food available on site and no way to have anything meaningful for your own breakfast.

I didn’t realize it was motel style - every guest room opens to the outdoors. Kind of confusing to get to your room. Also they charge for parking - really?

Dissapointed!

The pictures shown are not the same as the room we got! Our room looked lke it was updated in the 80's not even close to the pictures provided on the website. Bed had a dip in the middle. This Hotel accepts pets, we went with our dogs, the hotel called us and confirmed that the dogs would be accompanying us. They didn't mention anything about our rooms being downgraded to 2star motel. Pool area was not the cleanest either.
