Clean, beautiful modern hotel. Some front desk staff was friendly and helpful and accommodated our extra needs. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Bedding could be better. The pillows provided were flat and the hotel did not have any extra pillows when requested. Overall, the stay was very good.

The staff is amazing, Alicia was very helpful and the shuttle driver was great!! Pretty much everyone was great including the breakfast lady in the dinning area.

I liked the cleanliness, the walk-in shower, the quietness, as well as the fact they offered to give me a shower chair even though the room didn't come with one. The room wasn't an accessible room that I originally ordered so I was happy they at least tried to accommodate me. The beds were so squishy they were hard to sleep in. The edges of the mattresses were hard to sit on. The desk chair was very wobbly and cheap, and hard to sit in. In fact, sitting in the eating area at breakfast, I thought the chair I sat in (they had metal spindles underneath) was going to break because it felt so cheaply made, so I felt I had to hork down my breakfast before the chair broke with me in it. The little coffee pot in our room leaked with the lid on so I had to make sure to open the lid when I poured the liquid out. The tv cabinet door was extremely hard to open. The big floor lamp next to the couch didn't have a way to turn it on so it sat there like lamp sculpture. So, I have suggestions for hotel management: make a way for people to have the choice of different feels to the pillows. Ours were extremely squishy. We would've benefitted from more firm pillows. And also, offer a bed wedge. When using that to sleep on, it elevates the top half of a person helping them to stop snoring. Regrettably I didn't bring mine, resulting in getting no sleep for one night. My husband went out and got mine from the house (we obviously live close by) and I got a great night's sleep the next night.
