High Tide is a perfect place for your next beach vacation. It is a top floor rental unit. We live on the bottom floor, Unit A, "Low Tide." We have a small family of 4 and our dog Daisy. It is located in Avon, North Carolina in the Hatteras Colony neighborhood. In just a three minute walk, you will be able to enjoy the wide open, uncrowded beautiful beaches. High Tide is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and also our local grocery store. The famous Avon, Pier is just a short drive to enjoy some fishing, surfing, or just taking a walk to look for shells.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
