The shuttle pickup from the airport took over one hour from the time we called the hotel at 9:30 pm. We waited in extremely cold weather. The shuttle driver was very unfriendly and drove at reckless high speed to the hotel.

I loved the variety for breakfast. The lady when I checked in and out was outstanding and very accommodating. I loved how the parking lot was accessible by the room key. The room was very clean. Even though I didn’t use the shuttle, it was available. I didn’t like that there was no exterior door to access the hotel from the side where I was staying.
