This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The room was spotless, the service was outstanding, and even though it was cold outside, our kids still got to swim thanks to the heated pool. It’s truly a family-friendly hotel, and I would highly recommend it!

Great hotel to stay at for families. Lots for the kids to do. They outside has water slides, splash pad, a large hot tub, pool and small pool for the little ones. We went in October they decorated Halloween and played Halloween movies. There IS NO SHUTTLE it’s the city bus, you buy passes and check the route 6 for us it never showed besides one day in the morning. At the end of the night they said go to 12, they could work on a better way of letting us know the times. Other than that great hotel, a yogurtland, Jersey Mikes, ONO Hawaiian BBQ and Starbucks walking distance since it’s in the same lot as the hotel.

I'm surprised more people don't know about this hotel. It's a great price, you get a living room area and options for bunk beds, great pool area, amazing food options in the parking lot. Couldn't want more going to Disneyland.

The location was the best part. If you have kids they will love it since the hotel has a slide. The breakfast is a regular breakfast so nothing too special, it does the job. This is my second time staying here because of how close it is to Disney

Anthony and Amanda at the front desk were beyond wonderful! I’m unsure of who took care of our room while we were out at the park, but they put all of our sons stuffed animals neatly on the couch as if they were waiting for him when he got back. Really warmed our hearts. (On top of the attentive detail in the turn down service provided.)We will be returning for our next Disney trip 100% The amenities provided for the whole family were unmatched. The breakfast was never dry and consistently being replaced before it got low. People cannot roam floors that are not theirs as each floor requires the guests required key. We enjoyed ourselves so much we felt the need to extend an extra day just to relax. Thank you!

The pool area and breakfast were great! The room was okay, carpets were very dirty and the areas surrounding the beds were disgusting full of dust, crumps and everything else. Staff were helpful and nice, food options around were great too. The pool area was amazing and great for the kids despite a lot of kids being left unsupervised. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall a 3 star stay.
