This is really not meant to be a negative review, it is just meant to be a realistic review plainly telling people what to expect, as the current reviews don’t really capture it fully.
Bottom line, this is a 2-star level motel. And that is fine, but I think $100+ is too much for the quality. $80 price point, yes. $100+, no. If you’re going to pay $100+ for a room in Anaheim, pay $150 ish and get a brand Name place. If you’re in the $80 price range, go With a Days Inn, Motel 6 or Super 8 as you consider Parkside.

Dedicated off street free parking right outside the room
Decent value if every other hotel in that price range is sold out
Quiet and secure Neighborhood
Real close to Disney, the 5, and a target shopping center
Clean enough room, just rough around the edges
Refrigerator and microwave work
Room heater and ac worked well
Others:
Paper thin walls. Adjacent rooms are on three of Your walls. So if you have a noisy guest
Adjacent to you ( we did), you’ll hear everything. Not optimal for light sleepers.
Thin blanket- recommend brining extra blanket
Motel is on a major road. Expect car passing by noise. white noise rec if you’re a light sleeper
Mildew stains and calcium buildup on fixtures throughout the bathroom.
Bed comfort ok
Truly not a negative review! I would stay herr again if no other Options existed and locked into this price range. The staff is good and clearly does the best they can with what they have
