Staff was amazing and helpful from the front desk to restaurant.We miss our flight and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Allow us early check-in and suggested place to eat. Will stay here next time in Amsterdam

Room dirty and very beat up. Door jambs broken out on door into bathroom. Dried liquids on the interior door and bathroom floor. Carpeting coming up, cleaners missed a lot with the room. The only thing going for this place is the location and it's close proximity to the airport. They realize that customers have no options for food, so they price gouge for low quality food. Had an issue with their "burger barn" on the 2nd floor. 7 EUR for 7 ounces of coke in paper cup.....when I was charged for 14 ounces. when I pointed out the mistake I got a shrug.
