It is located only two blocks to State Capitol and Office Buildings, Convention Center, Washington Park, dozens of restaurants, and less than 2 miles to the Hudson River, Medical Center, SUNY, College of St. Rose and more.
This recently furnished apartment is only used occasionally by a traveling executive and features 12 foot ceilings, ornate but cozy fireplace, king bed, fully equipped kitchen, desk with wifi printer, smart TV, and more. Coin operated laundry is available in the basement. Parking is available in a lot a few blocks away with advance notice and an additional fee.
