Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Conveniently located 1 hour from NYC while situated around the beautiful Croton reservoir, on a private road and 5 acres of quiet relaxation. Close to charming towns, wooded trails, bike paths, nature preserves and more.

Highlights - 5 bedrooms, hot tub, pool table, home gym, home office, fireplace, patio, grill, 3 seating areas, kids playroom (baby/toddler gear upon request).

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom wing with walk-in closet and 2 ensuite full baths (note the soaking tub does not function), as well as 3 guest bedrooms and full guest bathroom with tub.

The plush finished basement houses the 5th bedroom, half bathroom, game room with TV & pool table, a fully outfitted gym and windowed home office with a printer and Herman Miller chair. The home is equipped with upgraded 1 gb wifi.

The outdoor deck is newly remodeled in June 2025 with bluestone patio and furnishings perfect for al fresco dining, brand new hot tub with speaker system, grill, and steps down to the gardens & park-like yard of 5 acres.
