Amsterdam Hotel is very conveniently located and very reasonably priced. The rooms, carpets, bedspreads etc. are a little shopworn, but everything is clean, efficient, and the staff is very friendly.

All the price was right- $124 but rooms were so dated that I was worried about bed bugs - chkd and were none. Was clean anyway. I would suggest getting rid if those heavy rugs.

We have stayed here many times. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the evening gentleman. It is convenient to the highway and to the things we want to do in Stamford. Continental breakfast and coffee is average
