Accessible roll in shower was well designed and easy to use. Staff was friendly and able to solve a change in plans easily. Although the hotel seemed to have plenty of guests, it was very quiet. We have stayed here a number of times in the past and will be back.

Nice clean room but a little noisy

Room was clean and staff was friendly but woke up a couple times due to noise. There was a lot of noise early (before 7 am). I’m not sure if it was housekeeping getting ice and/or cleaning supplies. Our room was #116. We noticed there were not any recycle baskets/bins in room.

The layout was odd requiring the use of two different elevators and a walk through the building to get to the guest rooms. There was a pool, but it was only open 2-10 so I couldn't get a morning swim. There was no plug/stopper in the tub. The rooms and furniture were fine, but sound and foot steps from the room above was almost constant.
