The staff was nice. My room was neat and clean. My problem with the place was the Wi-Fi. My stay was business related and I could not access my work laptop due to the firewall on my work computer not allowing me access due to safety concerns over WiFi access. This limited my ability to perform work. Unfortunately, will not stay here the next time I am in Elmsford for work which is approximately 1x/quarter.

First, my check-in was horrible. The lady was trying to charge me when I had already paid in the beginning of the week second second it was just horrible. I got a staff member calling me today twice at 5 o’clock in the morning waking me and my children up asking me about a cat like unbelievable I don’t think I want my first experience checking in was horrible. I don’t think I wanna come back.

The room was adequate for the price. The issue came that there was no enforcement of noise control. Yes, it’s Valentine’s weekend, however, partying until 4:30am for all the hotel to hear is unacceptable. There were people running up and down the halls, marijuana smoke in the hallways, screaming and kids running around all night. There needs to be quiet hours enforcement after 10pm.

I’ve stayed at the Baymont many times and have always found it to be a convenient, good-quality option close to my company. However, when I recently tried to book another stay, my experience with Beverly (a tall dark skin woman) was very frustrating. I had to call five different times, and each time she gave a different reason for not taking my reservation, saying the computer wasn’t working, that she was too busy, or asking me to call back later. Her tone came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and there was little effort to resolve the issue or assist with completing the booking. As a repeat guest, I expected a more professional and courteous experience, and this interaction left a very negative impression.
