Very basic room. I wanted cheap and that’s what I got. The evening clerk(behind thick plexiglass) was barely audible and seemed annoyed I was checking in. I knew from the room photos the blue walls were a hint of lowering my expectations. If you’re a guy traveling on your own it’s workable otherwise I’d avoid at all costs.

The staff was rude by giving away my friends double bed room she paid for because we checked in after 4 because someone else needed a double bed. He tried to cancel the reservations and we explained we are 2 hours from home with. Kids that’s not possible and it was late. He gave us a room we had to share with one bed no working TV and the sheets had stains in both rooms. It was mildew coming from ceiling. The bathroom had mold on walls and toilet had marks and stains on them. The overall stay was scary with random people walking through the parking lot. Not even ice in lobby. We had no choice being nothing else was available . We slept with clothes on and left in the middle of night because it was a spider on my niece. Needs to be torn down. Nasty nasty nasty. We are alll so traumatized. By far worst I’ve ever stayed at for an emergency stay. I had to cover my daughter in towels to keep her warm!!!!!! Runnn!!! It will be better to sleep in your car on the side of the road!!!

Our room smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked in, even though we were in a no smoking room. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and the sheets made us itchy. Staff was very friendly though.
