Great experience. The only issue would be somewhat disaffected interactions by certain employees. But overall everyone was very kind and helpful.

evefrything was very nice- so easy and simple breakfast was great and room was wonderful

eVERYTHING WAS GREAT, bUT i REALLY COULD HAVE USED A FRIDGE IN THE ROOM

FYI Bi-fold mirror jammed in track, hard to open/close in my room.

Very close to time sqare and lots of good eats. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed in the room was extremely nice! Will use this hotel again.

Terrible worst customer service will never stay again

Very clean. Breakfast is good, and service is excellent. Will stay there again if I travel to Weschester next time.

The hotel is located on a very steep hill and unloading the luggage can be problematic. The hotel is very good, however, one of the elevators did not work, so there was always a delay in trying to use. What caused great stress on everyone was the situation where both elevators were not working and everyone had to walk up the stairs to their room. In regards to the breakfast, on Sunday there were over 50 people in the breakfast area and I am not sure they were registered in the hotel. Needless to say, there was a shortage of hot food, coffee and an number of other items. The staff could not keep up with the number of people. There was hardly any room for everyone. In regards to the room, there was no dresser. This was a great inconvenience because we were staying for 4 days. We had to live out of our luggage. Not a convenient situation.

Hotel was reasonable. Stayed on the rear second floor, and the room was freezing. Drafty like a window pane was missing. Maybe the wind rushes down the hill and piles up against the second floor. Nice staff. Convenient location for what I needed.

I've been staying at the Hampton for over a decade simply because its in a very convenient location for my yearly trips to Fern Cliff cemetary and mauselium. I've enjoyed the couteous staff, plentiful ammenities, and fully equiped rooms since 2003 and make it a part of my trip annually. The free continental breakfast has greatly improved over the years from a modest fruit and muffin ensemble to its well stocked full breakfast buffet now. You get what you pay for with them

we stayed here for 4 nights for a family funeral, from the moment we arrived we were treated like a favorite relative coming home. We arrived from the airport about 800 from our red eye CA flight, the front desk staff greeted us promptly and were very friendly. Of course at that early hour a room was not yet available, we were allowed to go relax in the breakfast room and enjoy waffles, eggs, fruit, coffee and juice. Our bags were being stored behind the counter, and the desk clerks did not hesitate to let us get to them so we could get some toiletries to freshen up before we were picked up by family. Later that evening, we found our bags had already been delivered to our room...a nice touch for me since I was traveling with my elderly mother. Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast room, it was always well stocked, and clean. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who was working the breakfast room, she was so friendly and helpful, she always greeted us (by name!) and would get coffee refills, help my mom to her seat and carry her breakfast items...and it wasn't just us, she treated everyone well and cleaned up small children messes with a smile, refilled grumpy business people cups with a cheery good morning..etc. she was a gem! (This was middle of April 2014) Evening desk staff was always friendly and helpful, always rushing out to assist my Mom when we arrived back at the hotel. Great job on customer service training! We will be staying here again in May 2015 and hav re omen des to other family/friends who come to sit the area.

This hotel was excellent. For the price it is far superior to other major brands I stayed at during my east coast business travels the same week.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff is always helpful and accommating. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is close enough to NYC without the cost of a NYC hotel.

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Would will stay there again.

The Hotel was average and clean, bathrooms were small, free breakfast and location was great .

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is prime.

The staff was really friendly and very attentive. Our toilet overflowed and maintenance was quick to fix it. The only complaint is that there wasn't really any variety at breakfast, but there's a diner in walking distance if you want something to eat.

We were in town for a funeral and stayed 5 nights here, from the moment we arrived (8:00 AM), the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Started with inviting us to have breakfast while they got a room ready for us so we could have an early check in, since we didn't even ask for this it was a very nice surprise. Nicole in the breakfast room was such a delight; she greeted everyone in a very friendly way each morning, always offering to refill someones juice, coffee or grab an extra muffin for them. She always had a smile and was just a really wonderful person to see each morning! The maintenance staff, cleaning staff and front desk were all exceptional and friendly as well, everyone always had a smile and greeted us with a hello! Very unusual in my opinion! The room itself was OK, nothing overly fancy, this was my first time staying in an accessible room so I don't have much to compare it to. I did think the room was a bit small though, if we had a wheelchair to manipulate instead of just the walker, I think we would have had more trouble getting around the room. The in in room fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice to have. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was clean and well maintained. No problems like others reported of no hot water, low water pressure, unclean rooms etc, we found everything to be well cared for. I would stay here again for location and convenience. The breakfast is very ample, always had fruit, cold and hot cereals, breads, muffins and donuts, as well as always some type of egg and either potato or a meat plus the waffle maker. I did hear complaints of not enough choices which I didn't understand since there was always a huge amount of food to choose from.....if you want cooked to order hot breakfast, better try someplace more expensive or go out to breakfast.

I had a great experience at the Hampton. Inn. I just wished the check-in process could have been handled a lil quicker.

This hotel was a great place to come and relax for the weekend. It offers a buffet breakfast and exercise room. Its proximity to the highway made it ideal for me to attend family events while in town.
