My room was comfortable and well cared for. Furniture was in good condition. The toilet area in tue bathroom had a slight odor, so i am not giving it the highest rating, but overall it was a good experience.

Staff at the front desk was great. They were very accommodating and friendly. The room itself was not great. When we walked into the room there was water leaking from the ceiling. Maintenance came to fix it but it took over half an hour. The room was hot. We couldn’t sleep the first night because it was 80 degrees!! Maintenance came but just said it overheated so he opened a window. We had to leave for the day. When we came back our first level room still had the window wide open! Anyone could have broken into our room while we were gone! Overall I would not stay here again.

Wow! I thought service was dead until I walked into Hyatt House and met Dasia. She was amazing and even upgraded our room. The next day we met Cash and she was very hospitable, too. The breakfasts was equal to any brunch restaurant. We were in town from GA for my son’s grad school auditions and if he chooses the school near White Plains, I will stay at Hyatt House every visit. Thanks for making our visit so comfy!

Staff was very friendly and professional. I booked a king suite and on arrival the room had to be changed to a queen accessible room, which I totally understand, but the accessible room was honestly just not as nice as the other rooms at this hotel and there was no difference in price for a queen vs a king. Also, my other friends got upgraded rooms to king suites so it just didn’t really masks total sense.
